With its solutions and expertise, Protime helps companies deal with time in a more efficient and valuable way.

'Make time valuable' is our vision, and we make it happen everyday thanks to our 560 committed employees across Europe.

This is what you see yourself doing?

As Project Manager at a workforce management software company, you play a key role in guiding customers through complex implementations. You bring structure, clarity, and a calm presence to every project, ensuring timelines are met and expectations are aligned. You collaborate closely with analysts, consultants, and client stakeholders, tailoring solutions to local needs while keeping the broader international context in mind.

  • Manage multiple software implementation projects simultaneously, from initiation to delivery.

  • Apply a proven project methodology focused on collaboration with clients, third parties, and SD Worx.

  • Monitor and report on project scope, budget, and timelines.

  • Coordinate and support multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring smooth and proactive communication.

  • Facilitate recurring meetings and adapt to dynamic, non-standardized processes.

  • Ensure knowledge is shared across the team to avoid centralizing information in one person.

  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, solving problems on the go and adapting to changing needs.

Your skills and mindset to start at Protime

  • A confident leader with strong organizational and decision-making skills.

  • Flexible and resilient in the face of unexpected challenges.

  • Passionate about delivering excellent project follow-up and customer experience.

  • Comfortable using a variety of digital tools and eager to learn new ones. Able to work across cultures and borders, with an international mindset and willingness to travel.

  • A proactive communicator who builds bridges between teams and stakeholders. Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and always ready to go the extra mile, with a smile.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor´s or Master's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Solid experience in project management, ideally in international environments.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalán is not a must but would certainly help!

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and third-party vendors.

  • Familiarity with dynamic, non-standardized project environments.

Why would you choose Protime?

  • Become part of an innovative and challenging international company where personal and professional development are key. All this within a pleasant working atmosphere with room for team building and fun.

  • A people focused culture of continuous learning and coaching. You can make a huge impact and grow with the company.

  • A dynamic environment: flexible working hours and working from home - everything is negotiable.

  • Learning opportunities: through an individual development plan and professional training

  • Career growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field our you want to expand your knowledge more horizontally, there is always room to grow within Protime.

  • We encourage initiative, ownership and creativity in tackling challenges.

  • You will never, ever come home and say you had "just another day at the office". Innovation never stands still. Every day offers a different challenge.

  • Annual base salary between €40000 and €50000 (depending on experience) with fringe benefits.

From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
