The role

You will be responsible for driving the digitalization, optimization, and monitoring of EX area processes, guaranteeing the coordination of the RxSWIN process and providing support in information management, audits, and the area's control tools.

What you'll do

Provide support to the RxSWIN process, coordinating communication with the involved areas of R&D, Production, and other Group brands.
Digitalize and optimize EX area processes, especially in the management of vehicles, prototypes, and department resources.
Perform the monitoring and coordination of internal and external audits, ensuring the necessary documentation.
Coordinate activities related to the Environment within the EX area.
Develop and maintain dashboards, portals, and indicators for monitoring the department's activity.
Support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects.
Prepare reports and documentation for the monitoring of processes and activities.
