• University degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Labor Relations, Law, Information Systems, or related fields. (Essential)

• Advanced level of English is highly valued.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting focused on Public Sector projects.
• Valuable SAP PSE (Public Sector) certification
• Technical/Functional Knowledge:
  • Advanced mastery in SAP module configuration and understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and operation.
  • Deep knowledge of Spanish labor legislation, preferably in Public Administration.

As a Senior SAP Consultant you will be part of the SAP Consulting Unit of SEIDOR.

In this unit, we help organizations in their transformation towards becoming intelligent companies, connecting processes, departments, and functions through integral business management solutions. Additionally, we optimize internal processes and operations, and facilitate decision-making through advanced tools for data acquisition and exploitation.

• Analyze, design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM Payroll solutions for public sector organizations and entities.
• Guarantee the correct functioning of payroll processes, ensuring compliance with current regulations and established quality standards.
• Participate in implementation projects, evolutionary maintenance, and specialized support of the SAP HCM Payroll solution.
• Perform requirements gathering and functional analysis of client needs.
• Parameterize, configure, and validate payroll schemes, rules, and processes in SAP HCM.
• Execute functional tests and collaborate in the validation and acceptance phases of the solution.
• Resolve functional incidents and manage requests for system evolution and improvement.
• Participate in data migration processes, parallel runs, and go-lives.
• Prepare and maintain the functional documentation associated with projects and developments.
• Coordinate with clients, key users, and technical teams to guarantee the correct execution of projects and client satisfaction.
