Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher-level vocational training (FP) as a Senior Technician in Network Computer Systems Administration or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in the position.
Proficient and solid knowledge of the Linux environment: installation, administration, diagnosis, and troubleshooting (essential).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (environment, basic administration, and support).
Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment, operating systems, and applications.
Ability to diagnose and resolve both hardware and software issues.
Experience using ticketing tools (ISTM) and following up on incidents.
Skill in managing incidents, requests, and user inquiries efficiently.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective system maintenance.
Collaborate on documenting solutions and work with other technical teams.
Communication skills, user orientation, and teamwork.

Nice to have

Upper-intermediate level of English.

The role

At Sener, we want to incorporate an IT Support Technician with Linux into our team at our center in Tres Cantos (Madrid).

What you'll do

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both hardware and general software problems, as well as network connectivity.
Log and track incidents in our helpdesk system.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical issues.
Create technical manuals for installing and/or configuring IT tools.
Set up, install, and configure end-user equipment.
Install and configure IT software tools.
Use and maintain hardware and software inventory tools.
