As a Senior Data & AI Governance Consultant, you will participate in the design and implementation of data and AI management and governance models for Sener Dcode clients, helping them treat data as a strategic asset. The profile will combine consulting capability, knowledge of industry best practices, and an understanding of business needs, complementing Sener Dcode's architecture, data engineering, analytics, and artificial intelligence capabilities.

• Lead the evolution of Sener Dcode's Data & AI Governance team, defining the evolution roadmap within the organization and mentoring new team members.

• Design governance models, defining data governance frameworks, principles, policies, decision bodies, roles, and responsibilities, including RASCI and coordination mechanisms.

• Prepare and conduct maturity diagnostics and workshops with clients, defining the data strategy, identifying risks, and developing implementation roadmaps prioritized by value, risk, and feasibility.

• Design and deploy organizational and operating models, including Data Owners, Data Stewards, technical custodians, committees, and communities of practice.

• Define dimensions, rules, indicators, controls, and quality improvement plans, as well as monitoring and incident resolution mechanisms, and support the definition of business glossaries, data domains, taxonomy, etc.

• Translate security, privacy, ethics, and regulatory requirements into data management policies, standards, and controls, coordinating with legal and cybersecurity specialists where appropriate.

• Connect data governance with analytics and artificial intelligence use cases, ensuring availability, reliability, traceability, and reuse of information.

• Contribute to Sener Dcode's proposals, methodologies, accelerators, and reusable assets, supporting pre-sales activities and the presentation of solutions to clients.

• Structured thinking, analytical capacity, and orientation toward solving complex problems, as well as the ability to translate business needs into governance models and actionable requirements.
