We are looking for a catering cook to join one of our centers. This is an on-call cook position, whose main function will be to go to the center where staff is needed, whether to perform substitutions, cover absences, or provide occasional support.
Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical data sheets, and implement good practices.
Prepare adapted menus and diets.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.
Oversee the inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record.
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials, and equipment.
Train new team members in cooking practices and company procedures.
Availability: The availability window may span from 7:00 to 22:00 h, depending on the needs of each day. This does not imply working during that entire window daily, but rather adapting to the schedule required for each shift.
Duration: 6-month temporary contract.
Geographic availability: Availability to travel to different centers is required according to coverage needs.
Longer distance travel will be exceptional. Specifically, travel of up to 60 km could occur only on one or two occasions during the contract period.
