What we're looking for

Experience in a similar position of at least 2 years, in collective catering, corporate dining rooms, or similar.
Deep knowledge of food production processes, preservation techniques, and quality control.
Ability to motivate, direct, and supervise a team, promoting collaboration and the achievement of objectives.
Ability to plan, organize, and optimize production, efficiently managing available resources.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Nice to have

Training preferably in Hospitality and Tourism, Dietetics and Nutrition, or similar.
Intermediate/high level of English is highly valued.

The role

At Serunion, a collective catering company with more than 30 years of experience in the sector, we are looking for the best talent to join our centers. If you have experience and are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this offer is perfect for you!

We are looking for a Center Manager to join one of our client centers in San Fernando, Cádiz. The person hired will be responsible for ensuring the center functions correctly in terms of service, budget, internal staff management, incident resolution, and customer service.

What you'll do

Direct the management of the assigned center from an operational day-to-day standpoint at the center.
Motivate and supervise the work teams under their responsibility - kitchen teams.
Maintain close contact with customers proactively and anticipate their needs.
Support the delivery of the service.
Meet the objectives assigned to them in accordance with company standards and the internal procedures of the client company.
Resolution of any incidents that may arise and their subsequent rectification.
Monitoring of food safety procedures.
Manage the P&L (operating account).
Conduct selection processes for staff replacements.
