What you'll do
- Management and monitoring of onboarding documentation, Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), data protection, and signing of documents
- Processing of incidents and documentation with Social Security
- Control and monitoring of the staff's working hour records
- Filing and maintenance of labor documentation
- Preparation and updating of reports, monitoring charts, spreadsheets, and templates
- Preparation and sending of communications and circulars to the staff, including translations when necessary
- Other administrative tasks specific to the Human Resources area, in accordance with the needs of the position
How you'll work
Contract: temporary replacement contract with a minimum planned duration of 4 months
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00h to 15:00h, and Friday from 8:00h to 14:00h
