Contact Center Coordinator - Insurance

• Experience in managing customer service teams.
• Good communicator and with initiative
• Advanced level in Excel
• Analytical skills

We continue to expand our contact center team in the Banking Sector with the development of a stable project in which we receive calls for the clients of an insurance entity, attending to and helping the entity's clients with the procedures they need to carry out.

*Your functions will be the following:

• Supervise the daily operations of the service, guaranteeing compliance with quality and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Coordinate and supervise the daily activity of the teleoperator team, ensuring compliance with the established KPIs for the service.
• Perform the monitoring and analysis of the team's results, guaranteeing compliance with objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Guarantee excellent service standards and validate the training and development needs of their team members.
• Develop, implement, and monitor action plans aimed at correcting deviations, improving team performance, and ensuring the achievement of service objectives.

• Full-time on-site (39h/week) from Monday to Sunday in a schedule from 9am to 6pm Mon to Sun, with two days off and a one-hour regularization per week.
• Job location: C/ Manufacturas PISA - Mairena del Aljarafe.
