Call Center Trainer - Insurance

-Intermediate level Excel.

- Previous experience delivering training in a Call Center environment, specifically in the insurance area.

Currently, for the Training and Quality department, we are looking for a Trainer and Quality Agent in the insurance area.

• Deliver initial, refresher, and skills training to agents.
• Design and update training content adapted to different services and profiles.
• Absorb and master content from diverse sectors (telecommunications, banking, energy, customer service, sales…) to provide training across multiple campaigns.
• Evaluate learning and support agents during their first weeks.
• Detect training needs and propose continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with quality and operations to ensure training consistency.
• Record activity and training reports in an organized manner.
