We are looking for the new star signing for our team as Head of Product Marketing.

We are Sesame HR, the digital solution that helps Human Resources teams, managers, and companies optimize personnel management processes by centralizing them in a single platform.

• Define and lead the global Product Marketing strategy, including budget, hiring, and OKRs.

• Direct and grow an international Product Marketing team, driving their strategic alignment and professional development.

• Define and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to drive the launch, positioning, and adoption of new features of our SaaS solution, in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales.

• Analyze the market, competition, and trends to detect opportunities and strengthen our positioning.

• Build the value proposition and product messaging, ensuring consistency across all markets and channels.

• Define guidelines and briefings so that the Enablement team creates sales and customer service materials aligned with the product strategy.

• Drive the pricing strategy and execution together with Executive, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

• Coordinate interdepartmental projects, guaranteeing the alignment of objectives and priorities.

• Measure and optimize the effectiveness of Product Marketing actions to maximize results.
