Before we tell you what we are looking for, we have prepared a video where we introduce ourselves and tell you who we are, to see if we can convince you that we are a good match 😉Hit play!🤓 What do we expect from you?At a technical level 💻 it is indispensable that you have:At least 5 years of professional experience managing social networks.Experience defining and executing social media strategies oriented towards brand, not performance.Ability to define strategy, plan, and execute autonomously.Experience designing and managing editorial calendars (annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly).Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills adapted to each social network.Deep knowledge of the language, formats, and dynamics of the main social platforms.Experience creating and publishing native content (reels, short videos, carousels, etc.).Fluent use of editing and design tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Canva, Figma, Adobe, or other similar ones.Ability to analyze engagement, reach, growth, and interaction metrics and extract actionable learnings.And you will also shine ✨ if:You have worked with brands that have a strong identity and a very defined tone.You have a background in branding, communication, or content.You have a high aesthetic sensitivity and care about detail.You have participated in building a community around a brand.You feel comfortable working hand in hand with creative teams (video, design, photo, creative direction).👨💻👩💻 What will you do at Sesame?Define the social media strategy in Spain, with a focus on brand, experience, emotion, and trends.Decide which networks to work on, with what objectives, and what type of content for each.Design, maintain, and evolve the editorial calendar at all levels.Detect trends, formats, and narratives aligned with the brand identity and future vision.Ensure consistency in tone, message, and storytelling across all platforms.Ideate and create content focused on brand experience, culture, and values.Write copy and develop creative concepts adapted to each social network.Publish and manage content across different social channels.Act as a content creator when necessary, especially in native formats.Edit video and images for social media and optimize formats according to each platform.Analyze metrics together with the Brand Director and adjust the strategy based on results.Identify which stories, formats, and messages generate the greatest connection and brand recall.Work transversally with the Video, Design, Photo, Creative Direction, and Brand teams.Why is working at Sesame HR so special?🌟Flexible Schedule ⏰: Adjust your workday to your needs.
