The role

As a Process and Quality Engineer, you will work in the Engineering & Manufacturing area of an industrial sector company to improve processes and quality control. Your work will contribute to maintaining clear procedures and identifying improvements in operations.

What you'll do

Analyze operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Define and update quality-oriented work procedures.
Monitor process and quality indicators.
Detect deviations in processes and propose improvement actions.
Document processes, incidents, and applied measures to ensure traceability.
Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing area in the implementation of improvements.
Review the results of implemented actions and adjust processes when necessary.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Training in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar.
Complementary training in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
Ability to analyze processes and detect improvement opportunities.
Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
Ability to document procedures and incidents clearly.
Knowledge of process indicators and monitoring of results.
