JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a proactive Quality Technician with attention to detail to join the quality team of a major technological infrastructure construction project. Under the supervision of the Quality Manager, the selected candidate will actively support the implementation, monitoring, and control of quality standards throughout all project phases. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of the project Quality Plan.
  • Carry out quality inspections and controls on site, verifying the conformity of materials, work execution, and construction processes according to specifications.
  • Document inspection results, generating quality control reports and records.
  • Collaborate in identifying non-conformities, supporting the investigation of their causes and the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure that technical documentation (drawings, specifications, certificates) is up to date and available on site.
  • Carry out the follow-up of Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) according to the Quality Plan.
  • Ensure that measuring and testing equipment is calibrated and operational.
  • Support the preparation of documentation for internal and external quality audits.
  • Collaborate in the training and awareness of site personnel on quality procedures and standards.
  • Report to the Quality Manager on performance and quality incidents detected.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Vocational training (Higher Degree) or Technical Engineering degree (preferably in Construction, Industrial, Civil Engineering, or similar).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Technician roles or similar in construction projects, preferably in industrial, energy, or data center infrastructure.
  • Solid knowledge of quality management systems.
  • Experience in conducting quality inspections on site and inspection documentation.
  • Observational skills, attention to detail, and rigor in applying procedures.
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Proficiency in office tools (especially Excel).
  • Valuable: courses or certifications as an internal quality auditor.
  • Strong English proficiency is valued.
