Senior PPC Specialist

What we expect:
- 3+ years in PPC, of which at least 2 - mobile user acquisition in Google Ads (App campaigns);
- Experience in independent management of budgets from $50k/month;
- Confident mastery of metrics and unit economics of a mobile product: CTR, CPC, CPI, CPT, CPA, ROI, ROAS, Churn Rate;
- Practice working with MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust) and BI tools (Tableau, Amplitude);
- English B2+;
- A habit of making decisions based on numbers, not feelings.

It will be a plus: experience with a transactional model, working for the US market, launching new geos.

We are currently looking for a Senior PPC Specialist whose experience will help with Google Ads purchasing and optimization.

What you will do:
- Master Google Ads as a channel: strategy, account structure, scaling budgets from $50k/month;
- Formulate and test hypotheses and drive them to conclusions;
- Work with unit economics: CPI/CPT, ROAS, retention, cohort LTV;
- Analyze performance in AppsFlyer, Tableau, Amplitude, and independently reach the next step;
- Set tasks for the creative team and provide feedback based on data;
- Work directly with Google managers - access to betas, insights, escalations;
- Share expertise within the marketing team.
