Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience: At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in similar demand planning and analysis positions.
Education: Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Master's in Supply Chain Management, or a similar qualification.
Languages: Intermediate level English.
Tools: Advanced level of Excel and intermediate level of Power BI for data modeling and analysis.
Availability to go 2 days a week to our headquarters in Villalonga (10 minutes from Gandía)

The role

At SKLUM we are looking for a Demand Planning Coordinator to join our planning team at our Valencia offices. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and trends to create an accurate demand forecast and generate planning in accordance with business objectives.

What you'll do

What will be your main functions in demand planning?

Forecast and S&OP: Prepare, refine, and monitor current and future forecasts, adjusting for possible deviations. Participate in S&OP processes to align business objectives with other areas.
Data Analysis: Analyze historical data, trends, and seasonality to generate business inputs and improve planning processes by minimizing errors.
Strategic Alignment: Develop the Group's budgets and forecasts and ensure that the sales forecast responds to corporate growth objectives.
Data Management: Keep the planning system's master data up to date and coordinate demand for new product launches.
