What we're looking for
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar position; experience acquired in a law firm will be equally valued.

We are looking for a person to fill the position of Lawyer in order to protect the company's interests through strategic, ethical, and preventive legal advice. Facilitate regulatory compliance in all the markets where we operate, managing legal risks and supporting decision-making with legal certainty in our business lines.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for managing all legal aspects related to the client area of the Holding companies, as part of the project team.
- Review the different types of client contracts to ensure they comply with applicable regulations.
- Be the liaison with the Group's external advisors and lawyers. Carry out contract negotiations with clients.
- Carry out the control and filing of documentation.
- Draft legal texts (client contracts, confidentiality agreements, notifications, protocols, etc.)
- Provide legal support and advice to other departments related to the client area.
- Transmit the company's values and participate actively in the quality management, occupational risk prevention (ORP), sustainability, and environmental management systems, in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Offer support to colleagues from other areas and Soltec projects.
- These functions represent the scope of the position, but are not exclusively limited to them.
