About the role

We are looking to incorporate a profile into our team as an Incident / Change Manager,

The selected person will join our flagship project, within the Catalan Public Administration, collaborating in the main infrastructure control center.

What you'll do

'- Backup of the service manager

'- Leadership of CABs

'- Leadership of crisis situations for incident/change management.

'- Coordination and updating of major change calendars presented to clients and providers

'- Monitoring of process indicators

'- Monitoring of team tasks and reporting to client managers

'- Definition and monitoring of management process implementation tasks (incidents/changes/problems)

Qualifications
