What we're looking for

At least 5 years of previous experience in Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar roles in technological environments.
Ability to work closely with engineering teams in highly technical environments.
Experience managing backlogs, prioritizing functionalities, and coordinating product initiatives.
Good communication skills and coordination with different interlocutors.
An autonomous profile, results-oriented and with the ability to integrate quickly into multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in projects related to Artificial Intelligence.
Knowledge of agentic AI, data models, or agent frameworks.
Technical background in software development, engineering, or related disciplines.

We are looking for an Agentic AI Product Manager to expand one of our teams in Madrid, working remotely with occasional on-site presence as required by the project.

What you'll do

The selected person will participate in product management within the team, collaborating closely with engineering profiles in an environment of high technical complexity. They will work on initiatives related to data models and agent frameworks, contributing to the definition, prioritization, and monitoring of product functionalities.

Participate in the management and evolution of the product within the squad.
Manage and prioritize the backlog and product needs.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical needs alongside the engineering team.
Collaborate with the various technical profiles involved in product development.
Participate in the definition and monitoring of functionalities related to agentic AI, data models, and agent frameworks.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and providers when necessary.
Monitor deliverables, dependencies, and priorities within the squad.
