• Intermediate/advanced level of English.
• Good command of computer tools.

• Knowledge of Workday and UCAGECI will be very positively valued.

• Contract of approximately 9 months in duration.
• Teleworking 2 days a week from the first month of joining.
• 40-hour workweek.
• Flexible start and end times from Monday to Thursday (between 08:00 and 10:00 and end time between 16:30 and 18:30).
• Fixed schedule on Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00.

At Staff Global Group, we are looking for an HR assistant who wants to work alongside a multinational company in the retail sector. This position will be responsible for providing general support to the local HR team in the application of procedures, implementing department activities, and guiding Retail employees through Human Resources processes.

• Provide support in the various recruitment and onboarding processes. Manage the Workday platform and maintain communication with the external recruitment agency.
• Administer and follow up on documentation.
• Manage, supervise, and send contracts, renewals, and other personnel-related documents.
• Manage changes in working hours, professional categories, salaries, and other adjustments in internal systems.
• Maintain and update employee databases.
• Supervise and manage administrative incidents.
• Perform accreditations and manage external platforms.
