Position: HOST/HOSTESS AND SETUP STAFF

Event Date: May 19

Location: Casa Esment, Camí de Son Roca, 17B, 17, Platja de Palma i Pla de Sant Jordi, 07198 Palma, Illes Balears.

Staff Global Group, a leading event staffing company, is looking to add dynamic professionals with a strong commitment to service to our team for a special event in Mallorca.

If you have EXPERIENCE AS A HOST/HOSTESS and are passionate about the events industry, this is your chance!

What you'll do

  • Schedule: 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM
  • Duties:
  • Guest reception and welcome.
  • Distribution of Welcome Packs.
  • General support throughout the event.
  • Attending to the public and resolving queries.
  • Ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
  • Schedule: Split shift: 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM (2 hours).
  • Duties:
  • Support in the collection and organization of materials on site.
  • Assistance with collection and organization of materials on site.
  • Assembly of photocalls, decorative banners (foams, etc.).
