Requirements
What we're looking for
• Culinary training and at least 3-4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in event catering or high-end restaurants.
• Mastery of the culinary techniques of your station.
• Ability to work under high pressure while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to lead and organize junior staff.
• Knowledge of HACCP and a valid food handling certificate.
• Availability for all 4 days of the event (September 10-13).
• Culinary training and at least 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in event catering or high-end restaurants.

At Staff Global Group, we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join the VIP hospitality team that will provide service at a major international automotive event to be held in Madrid (IFEMA).
What you'll do
• Taking full responsibility for a station (hot, cold, pastry, etc.).
• Organizing and supervising the mise en place of your station.
• Preparing and plating dishes following exact recipes and specifications.
• Controlling portions, temperature, and presentation on every service.
• Supervising and directing the commis chefs at your station.
• Strictly complying with HACCP protocols and food safety standards.
How you'll work
• Permanent seasonal contract linked to the event.
• From September 10 to 13, 2026 (full availability required for all 4 days).
Where?
IFEMA Madrid (IFEMA Trade Fair Center – Avenida del Partenón, 5, 28042 Madrid).
