What you'll do
- Prepare food for service according to the daily menu alongside co-workers.
- Ensure the suitability of provisions at the kitchen stations.
- Respond to, report to, and follow the instructions of the head chef.
- Check and control kitchen equipment, reporting any issues.
- Store inventory properly.
- Ensure that food goes out simultaneously, in a timely manner, and is of high quality.
- Coordinate the setup, service, and breakdown of buffets.
- Comply with nutritional and sanitary regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers.
