The role

We are looking for a Logistics and Supply Chain Specialist for a temporary position to provide support for the operational management of the supply chain. The position combines sales analysis, demand planning, coordination with suppliers, and logistical monitoring in a multinational environment.

What you'll do

The selected person will perform the following functions:

Monitoring and control of stock and inventory levels.
Sales analysis and demand forecasting to ensure product availability.
Management and monitoring of orders to suppliers.
Coordination of shipments and deliveries with logistics operators.
Control of replenishment to prevent stockouts.
Preparation and maintenance of logistics reports, KPIs, and reports.
Entry and updating of master data and prices in SAP.
Document management related to logistics operations.
Resolution and monitoring of incidents in coordination with different departments.
Continuous collaboration with local and international teams.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, demand planning, or stock management.
High level of English (minimum B2, C1 valued).
Advanced use of Excel.
Analytical profile with the ability to work with data, sales forecasts, and indicators.
Knowledge of SAP will be positively valued.
Knowledge of Incoterms will be a plus.
Ability for organization, planning, and working in dynamic environments.
Strong communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders.
Availability for immediate incorporation.
