What we're looking for

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Sales-oriented, dynamic, and results-driven attitude.
Sales experience (experience leading teams is a plus).

Availability to travel throughout the province of Madrid.
Availability to work from Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. (split shift).
Availability to work one Saturday per month.
Experience leading sales teams.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Initial fixed-term contract.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Some Saturdays per month, same hours.
Compensation: Base salary €1,833.33 (approx. €300 in incentives + €200 in meal/transport allowances).
Benefits: Company vehicle and travel expenses covered.

Coordinate teams, assign routes, and ensure schedules are met.
Accompany and support the team of sales promoters.
Manage stock control and incidents.
Collaborate in the training and selection of new members.
