About the company & team

Our mission is to make the world cheaper, greener, and simpler through our comparison, subscription, and management services for household contracts. Initially an energy price comparator, Selectra has extended its activity to Internet and mobile subscriptions, insurance, and banking. Our future is to position ourselves as the reference solution for consumers wishing to manage all their subscriptions and recurring expenses in a single tool.

With more than 1750 employees, 101 million euros in revenue in 2025, and activities in 14 countries, Selectra is among the major European startups. Previously selected for the French Tech 120 government program, Selectra is regularly ranked among the fastest-growing European companies by the Financial Times or Les Echos.

In its recruitment, Selectra favors candidates who are humble, passionate about their work, and excellent in their field of expertise, thereby creating a truly stimulating work environment. Age and experience matter no more than learning abilities at Selectra, where young graduates often hold the highest positions. Selectra has deeply anchored in its DNA the rejection of pitfalls too often encountered in the working world (useless meetings, bureaucracy, slowness, sidelining) and never lets unhealthy work situations take root. In short, we create the necessary conditions for a serene work environment where everyone shows kindness and helpfulness toward their neighbor, which we believe is decisive for attracting the best talent and achieving our objectives.
