The role

Are you an experienced sales professional looking to step into a leadership role?

We are looking for a commercial Sales Team Leader to join an international sales environment in Valencia. If you have strong leadership potential and thrive in target-driven environments, this opportunity is for you!

What you'll do

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Agents through daily floor support and actionable feedback.
Monitor team performance across sales conversion, upselling, revenue, productivity, CSAT, and quality KPIs.
Provide real-time coaching on consultative selling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Support agents with complex customer situations and high-value bookings.
Identify performance gaps and implement actions to optimize commercial results.
Manage real-time team operations, including shift flow and intraday management.
Handle customer escalations and collaborate with Regional Management, Quality, and WFM teams.

Requirements

4+ years of target-driven sales experience (Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or OTA experience is highly valued).
Strong leadership potential, previous Team Leader experience is a plus.
Strong commercial mindset and coaching skills.
Full legal right to work in Spain.
Availability for rotating shifts: including morning and afternoon with flexibility to work some weekends.
