The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and orders, providing support throughout the entire purchase and delivery process, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The position requires close collaboration with various internal departments to resolve incidents effectively, maintain positive relationships with customers, and contribute to business objectives.

• Processing customer orders
• Organization of returns and collections,
• Management of incoming emails, cases, and calls
• Proactive communication with internal and external customers
• Investigation and resolution of invoice-related conflicts
• Recording and tracking the resolution of problems and the corresponding communication to the customer
• Ability to lead relationships with customers under their responsibility with minimal supervision
• Effectively prioritizes tasks within their area of responsibility
• Investigation and resolution of incidents related to cases, orders, and other services provided to the customer
