Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Commercial Back Office, or Customer Management departments (preferably in B2B or industrial environments).

SAP Proficiency: Demonstrable and essential experience in the use of SAP

Languages: Essential advanced Portuguese (C1) for managing the Lusophone market, and intermediate English. Fluent or native Spanish.

Key Skills: High problem-solving capacity, empathy, stress tolerance, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong customer orientation.

Office Suite: Good command of the Office package (especially Excel).

What you'll do

Comprehensive Customer Management: Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, order reception, delivery times, and general advice, ensuring smooth and professional service for customers in Spain and Portugal.

Operational Management in SAP: Order entry, delivery note tracking, stock control, customer database updates, and basic invoicing using SAP (SD module is a plus).

Incident Resolution: Manage any claim, stockout, logistical delay, or billing error in an agile and effective manner.

Internal Coordination: Work in close collaboration with the Logistics, Sales, and Finance departments to ensure orders are delivered on time and in the correct manner, proactively informing the customer of any variations.

Report Preparation: Extract data from the system to analyze service KPIs, incident levels, and the status of the order portfolio.
