Pedagogue or Psychopedagogue for Pedagogical Advisory in Nursery School

• Degree/Diploma in Pedagogy or Educational Psychology.

• Person with knowledge of the 0-3 stage and the evolutionary stages of children.

• Ability to work in a team and manage physical and emotional stress.

• Ability to self-reflect in the different situations that may arise.

• Ability to work together with a multidisciplinary team to ensure good support for the child.

• Having a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

At the Fesolets nursery school (Malgrat de Mar) we are selecting a pedagogue or educational psychologist to carry out pedagogical advisory and support tasks during the school year. The selected person will provide support to both the management team and the educational team, with the objective of accompanying, guiding, and enriching the center's educational task, ensuring a pedagogical practice coherent with the needs of children aged 0 to 3 years.

• Advise the center's management on aspects related to organization and pedagogical practice.

• Advise on child development, children's needs, and learning processes in the 0-3 stage.

• Guide the team regarding possible educational needs or warning signs in development, providing tools and action strategies.

• Accompany the team in observing the children and in interpreting their needs.

• Provide support in the planning, review, and evaluation of the center's educational proposal.

• Collaborate in the review and improvement of spaces, materials, environments, and educational proposals.

• Participate in reflection on aspects related to routines, habits, autonomy, play, movement, and children's relationships.

• Monitor the needs that arise throughout the course and establish, together with the team, possible lines of action.

• Contribute to the pedagogical training and updating of the team based on the detected needs.
