What you'll do
Provide support to daily Treasury operations, collaborating in the management of payments, recording and reconciliation of operations, as well as in the control of financial documentation, acquiring practical knowledge about treasury management.
Main responsibilities will include:
1. Prepare documentation for payment proposals: invoices
overdue, balances and duplicate detection.
2. Record transactions in the accounting system
3. Upload norm 43 files to SAP
4. Attend to supplier inquiries regarding the status of their payments.
5. Work in collaboration with other departments and attend to their
inquiries regarding invoice status, supplier debt, etc.
6. File supporting documents and send payment notices.
