Do you want to discover how a leading company in genetic improvement works to develop new varieties that reach the market?
If the answer is yes… this internship is for you!

We are looking for Undergraduate or Master's students in Agronomy, Biotechnology, or Plant Genetics to join our Breeding team in a university internship program.
You will be part of the team that carries out exhaustive trials and tests to evaluate the performance and quality of our lettuce seed varieties, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards before their commercial launch.

Our Breeding team collaborates closely with Trialing, Seed Development, and Marketing to guarantee the success of each variety.

What you'll do

  • Trial planning and design

  • Data collection and recording
Obtaining precise and detailed data (qualitative and quantitative) regarding the performance of the varieties in the trials.
  • Analysis and interpretation of results
Evaluation of data to identify the most promising varieties and support decisions regarding their future commercialization.

Additionally, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, surrounded by professionals with extensive experience, participating in:

  • Seed Development → providing feedback on field performance.
  • Marketing → contributing to the development of new evaluation methodologies.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in university (final year of Undergraduate or Master's) and with the possibility of signing an internship agreement.
  • Availability to carry out the internship between December 2026 and May 2027.
  • Availability of 5 hours per day in the morning.
  • Basic knowledge of computer tools.
  • Passion for fieldwork (80% of the time in crops).
  • Interest in the area of Breeding (genetic improvement).
  • Own vehicle to commute to the workplace.

What we offer

  • Internship in a dynamic and innovative environment, with a highly qualified team.
