Essential requirements

University degree
Experience >10 years as a project manager in the healthcare sector
Experience in the consulting field and preparation of proposals, offers, and documentation (RFP, RFI) in IT healthcare environments
Ability to analyze processes and manage complex projects
Understanding of needs in the healthcare context (Primary care, HIS, departmental, Medical imaging, Pharmacy, etc.)
Knowledge and experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams in the field of software development and implementation of technological services
Availability for occasional travel

Nice to have

Valuable requirements

PMP and/or ITIL certifications
Knowledge of healthcare standards: HL7, FHIR, OpenEHR

The role

We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in the management and consulting of complex software projects. The person joining the team must have experience leading technical profiles, ideally in projects within the healthcare field.

What you'll do

Manage complex projects related to the healthcare field
- Supervise the technological, financial, and human resources of the project, as well as its scope.
- Identify and manage risks and problems related to the project or the team.
- Measure, monitor, evaluate, and communicate the project's progress.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and timely delivery.
- Manage stakeholders' expectations and satisfaction.
- Lead project teams.
Participate in presales processes in the public healthcare sector, leading the process from start to finish and collaborating in the preparation of the offer's chapters.
Support the application of development and implementation methodologies and the use of health standards
