Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), guaranteeing that the medicines manufactured and distributed by the company maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, purity, efficacy, and potency.

The Technical Director acts as the key interlocutor with health authorities, leading regulatory procedures, inspections, audits, and any process that directly impacts product quality and safety. They also supervise product recall procedures when required.
