Fixed salary between €35,000 and €38,000 gross per year, depending on experience.

Annual variable of up to €3,000, linked to the achievement of objectives (not guaranteed).

At Talent Match, we collaborate with a leading ophthalmology center looking to hire an Ophthalmology Operating Room Technician to reinforce its healthcare team.

️ What will your role be?

Technical support in the ophthalmology operating room.

Preparation of the operating room, instruments, and specific equipment.

Assistance during ophthalmological surgical procedures.

Control and verification of the correct functioning of technical material.

Coordination with the medical and nursing team.

Compliance with quality, safety, and sterilization protocols.

Schedule is mainly afternoon shifts.

Fridays are 100% afternoon shifts.

Occasional possibility of some morning shifts.

Stable project in a consolidated ophthalmology center.
