Purchase Technician

Job description:

A company in the metallurgical sector, with offices in Vic, is looking to hire a Purchasing Technician to reinforce its team. Reporting directly to management and collaborating closely with site and production managers, you will be the key link between internal departments and suppliers.

• Search and selection of national and international suppliers.
• Requesting and comparing quotes.
• Negotiation of prices, deadlines, and supply conditions.
• Issuance and follow-up of orders to guarantee compliance with deadlines and budget.
• Coordination with site and production managers to ensure the availability of materials.
• Stock control and support in procurement tasks.
