The role

We are looking for a Product Manager for an industrial company specializing in HVAC and energy efficiency solutions.

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading all activities related to the company's product portfolio. Your mission will be to coordinate the complete product life cycle, from strategy and launch to evaluation and technical documentation.

You will collaborate closely with internal and external teams to drive product evolution, detect new opportunities, and ensure compliance with technical and sustainability standards.

What you'll do

Define and align the product strategy with the overall business strategy.
Design and deploy a specific action plan for the evolution of the company's product portfolio, and whether it is manufactured internally or not.
Lead the development of technical documentation: technical data sheets, certifications, carbon footprint, EPDs, etc.
Collaborate with different departments to complete roadmaps and launch products to the market.
Perform market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and detection of customer needs.
Maintain fluid communication with suppliers and attend international industry trade fairs.
Support and mentor the team to achieve individual and collective objectives.
Collaborate in product design and after-sales service.
