The role

An international company located in Alameda de la Sagra (Toledo), dedicated to the design, production, and development of high-tech ceramic products, is looking to incorporate a Ceramic Product Development Engineer into its Production Department.

What you'll do

Control, supervision, and monitoring of the entire production process for the manufacture of ceramic tiles.
Preparation and formulation of mixtures and raw materials for the production of the green product.
Coordination with the areas of milling, atomization, extrusion, drying, firing, design, and quality.
Verification of production parameters: color, linear shrinkage, moisture, firing curve, calcination losses, and process values.
Creation and updating of product sheets and production data control.
Definition and adjustment of raw material formulas and monitoring of the consistency of the final product.
Supervision of extrusion and control of molds, materials, and textures.
Execution of technical tests of finished products according to standards (UNE-EN 14411 Group AIa).
Preparation of technical reports and key production measurements.
Direct collaboration with the Quality, Environmental, and Maintenance departments.
Management of work teams and resolution of technical incidents during production shifts.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Mining, or similar.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a ceramic manufacturing plant (essential).
Knowledge of extrusion, mold, formula, and raw material control processes.
Strong technical ability in industrial processes, quality control, and production optimization.
Intermediate level of English for technical communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, etc.).
Leadership, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Senior profile, results-oriented, and directly involved in the plant.
Immediate availability and residence in the area or willingness to relocate (the company offers housing support).
