IT Systems and IT Support Professional with at least 2 years of experience in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and basic administration of computer equipment and systems. Specialization in technical user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, and management of corporate IT environments. Service-oriented profile, with problem-solving skills, autonomy, and user attention.

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment (computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals).
