Requirements
What we're looking for
Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training qualification, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in operating forklifts, holding the relevant license.
Type B driver's license and availability of a personal vehicle.
Intermediate level of English.
Ability to work methodically, resourcefully, and in an organized manner, demonstrating initiative and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a team, collaborate effectively, and contribute sound judgment to decision-making.
Nice to have
Qualities such as proactivity, analytical skills, and a problem-solving mindset are valued, as they are essential for the role.

What you'll do
The forklift operator is responsible for operating forklifts to move and unload goods within the hangar or warehouse.
The future challenges to take on when joining our company include:
Stock management: Placing pallets at height or on the floor, supplying goods, and assisting with production.
Order preparation: Picking according to references and customer requirements.
Handling: moving goods with manual/electric pallet jacks, front forklifts, and reach trucks.
Logistics operations: loading and unloading trucks, manual unloading, sorting, and palletizing goods.
Control and organization: labeling, maintaining order, and keeping warehouses clean.
Quality, safety, and continuous improvement: following safety instructions, using protective equipment, applying SMS (Safety Management System) rules, promoting workplace safety, and contributing to the continuous improvement process.
