About the role

To support the group's growth and tackle its upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking:

Logistics Coordinator, with a temporary contract, for our Teruel site

The Logistics Coordinator oversees warehouse operations and goods management, as well as the receipt of materials and components, ensuring the correct reception, storage, preparation, and dispatch of products. They manage inventories, coordinate logistics flows, and ensure compliance with deadlines and operational procedures.

What you'll do

The future challenges to take on upon joining our company include:

  • Receiving and storage management: Supervising the receipt of materials, checking and verifying internal and external documentation, registering materials in the ERP, locating and labeling components, organizing warehouses, and optimizing storage spaces, in addition to controlling inventories and stock, including scrap.

  • Tool control and returns: Tracking loaned tools, coordinating returns, and managing associated transportation.

  • Preparation and dispatch of goods: Handling packaging and crating, loading shipments, preparing and controlling documentation (delivery notes, CMRs), and managing customs procedures.

  • Internal operational support and customer service: Assisting mechanics with the movement of large-volume materials, collaborating on logistics tasks required by various teams, and attending to internal and external customers.

  • Administrative completion and follow-up: Filling out material control sheets and ensuring the correct registration of parts and components in company systems.

  • Quality, safety, and continuous improvement: Respecting safety instructions, using protective equipment, promoting workplace safety, and contributing to the continuous improvement process.

Job requirements

An Intermediate or Advanced Degree in Logistics, with previous experience in roles related to the position.

Operational-level knowledge of office software and an intermediate level of English.

A forklift license is required. 

Ability to work autonomously, in an organized and methodical manner, showing initiative and focusing on the effective resolution of incidents. Skill in coordinating tasks, managing priorities, and maintaining a structured view of the assigned activity. Strong team spirit, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Qualities such as proactivity, problem-solving ability, professional demeanor, and skills in conflict resolution are valued, as they are key to success in the role.

Knowledge related to Part 145 regulations will be valued.
