• Specific training in sales or customer service, highly valued in dealerships.
• Knowledge of the automotive sector, although not always mandatory, is highly valued.
• Driving license B (essential).

For an important company in the industrial vehicle and heavy transport sector, Lleida area, we need to hire a Customer Advisor to perform the following tasks:

- Attend to and manage customer inquiries by telephone, email, and in person, offering information and solutions.

- Register and manage orders, services, and incidents in the company's internal system.

- Coordinate and follow up on routes and carriers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and service quality.

- Manage transport documentation: delivery notes, route sheets, incident reports, and other operational documentation.

- Follow up on incidents and maintain proactive communication with customers and internal departments to resolve them.

- Collaborate with the logistics, workshop, and administration teams to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.

- Provide commercial support, preparing quotes, providing information about services, and maintaining a relationship of trust with customers.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, logistics, or transport.
• Proficient use of computer tools: Microsoft Office Suite, email, and management programs.
• Clear communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation.
• Ability to manage incidents, prioritize tasks, and work in dynamic environments.
• Spanish proficiency; Catalan is valued.
• Ability to work in a team, proactive attitude, and responsibility.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle to get to the workplace.
• Residence near the workplace is valued.
