The role
We are looking for a SysOps Engineer to join a dynamic technological environment, participating in the operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of IT systems and infrastructures.
The selected person will be responsible for guaranteeing the stability, availability, and performance of services, working under ITIL best practices and collaborating with various technical teams.
What you'll do
Continuous and proactive supervision of IT systems and infrastructures
Monitoring of services, incident detection and escalation
Daily operational management of IT environments
Participation in ITIL processes:
Management of incidents
Management of problems
Management of changes
Management of configuration
Monitoring and optimization of service SLAs and KPIs
Coordination with technical teams and stakeholders
Identification of improvements and application of continuous improvement in IT processes
Documentation of procedures and operations
🛠️ Technological environment
Monitoring and alerting tools
Windows and/or Linux environments
On-premise and/or cloud infrastructures
ITSM tools (based on ITIL)
