What you'll get

- 6-month scholarship, renewable. Possibility of subsequent hiring.
- Flexible schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Possibility of up to 2 remote workdays per week starting from the third month.
- Study allowance between €900 and €1,200 per month, depending on the scholarship holder's degree level (student, bachelor's, or master's).

The role

What you'll do

Collaborate in the review and analysis of contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements.
Support the monitoring of compliance with contractual obligations by clients, partners, and suppliers.
Participate in the identification, assessment, and monitoring of contractual and commercial risks.
Collaborate in the preparation of contractual communications, notifications, and formal correspondence related to engineering projects.
Provide support in engineering document management and maintenance of contractual records.
Participate in the analysis of scope changes, potential claims, and events with contractual impact.
Support the preparation of reports and metrics on the contractual status of projects.
Collaborate with Project Management, Procurement, Legal, and other functional teams to understand the impact of contractual decisions on project execution.
Contribute to the improvement and standardization of Contract Management processes, templates, and tools.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the contractual lifecycle of projects, from the bidding phase to contract closure.
