The role
The person joining will provide medical guidance and advice to pediatric patients, activating the corresponding medical resource if necessary, in accordance with the client's guidelines and the standards set by Teladoc Health International.
What you'll do
- Attend to patients through active listening of the reason for consultation.
- Conduct a structured interview.
- Medically determine the severity and the required level of care.
- Provide medical advice and guidance to the patient, with pharmacological prescription being possible.
- Activate, if necessary, the appropriate resources.
- Adequately complete the patient's case in the system.
- Report incidents to the supervisor.
