We are looking for a professional with experience in the audiovisual business to join the Spanish Cinema team. The selected candidate will be responsible for negotiating, structuring, and overseeing the contractual and financial aspects of investments, developments, and acquisitions of film rights, acting as a coordination point between the Legal, Financial, and production companies.

What you'll do

Main duties

  • Participate in the negotiation and structuring of investment, development, rights acquisition, and co-production agreements, in coordination with internal and external legal teams

  • Analyze the economic viability of operations, identifying legal and financial risks and proposing mitigation measures
  • Carry out economic monitoring of investments, controlling budgets, forecasts, and project profitability
  • Manage the area's budget control and monitoring of the rights stock
  • Coordinate the monitoring of eligible titles to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, including preparing the documentation required for the CNMC
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Content, Production, Financial, and Legal teams to ensure proper execution of operations
  • Prepare economic and contractual monitoring reports for area management

  • Experience in negotiating production, co-production, content acquisition, and distribution contracts
  • Knowledge of audiovisual financing structures, tax incentives, and public subsidies
  • Experience in financial analysis and budget control
