The Infrastructure and Facilities area is responsible for the comprehensive management of Telefónica's corporate spaces, ensuring that buildings, offices, and related services provide an excellent experience for employees, clients, and collaborators. Through supplier coordination, operational management of properties, and continuous optimization of spaces, the area helps create efficient, sustainable work environments aligned with business needs.

What will your mission be? 🎯

To be the main point of contact between the property and the users of a multi-tenant corporate building, ensuring an excellent experience for tenants through efficient space management, supplier coordination, and operational supervision of the building. You will help ensure the proper functioning of facilities, adequate occupancy of spaces, and continuous improvement of the services offered.

What you'll do

How will you contribute your skills to the purpose of the role? 💼

  • Act as the main liaison between the property and tenants, ensuring close, effective, and professional communication.
  • Manage incidents, requests, and operational needs of tenants, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate office space adaptations, relocations, and redistributions based on occupancy needs.
  • Prepare and update floor plans using AutoCAD to reflect changes in space configurations.
  • Conduct periodic building inspections to supervise the condition of facilities and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate suppliers and maintenance companies to ensure the proper delivery of services.
  • Keep track of move-ins, move-outs, occupancy rates, and space relocations within the building.
  • Support the property in the day-to-day operational management of the building and in the implementation of improvements focused on user experience.
  • Prepare follow-up reports and propose actions to optimize operations and tenant satisfaction.

  • University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or similar.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in building management, corporate offices, flexible spaces, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of office space design, layout, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector and corporate asset management.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of BIM tools or 3D design is a plus.
  • Experience in coordinating suppliers and service companies is a plus.
  • Intermediate-high level of English.
