· University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electronic, or related).

· Experience in industrial environments with high technical demands.

· Ability to analyze, interpret, and exploit data using statistical techniques applied to production processes.

· Knowledge of continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or others); certifications or practical experience in their application will be valued.

· Previous experience in project-oriented environments and/or R&D activities, with the ability to operate in complex and changing technical contexts.

From Gallega de Circuitos Electrónicos (GCE), a company specializing in the manufacture of printed circuit boards belonging to Televés Corporación, we are looking for several Process Engineers to join our team.

This role is focused on carrying out the industrial transformation of the factory towards the aerospace market.

The objective is to study, optimize, validate, and control production processes to guarantee efficiency, repeatability, and robustness in manufacturing, ensuring their adequacy to IPC Class 3 requirements.

It is encompassed within a very dynamic work environment in a phase of change. Ability to work in teams and transversally (with several companies within the Corporation) is required. Resilience and a proactive attitude.

We are looking for candidates with experience in the aerospace sector or a great interest in training and learning, a practical and proactive mindset, and a methodical and rigorous way of working.

• Define, implement, and maintain technical process documentation.

• Carry out process validation and qualification through testing, technical analysis, and associated documentation, guaranteeing their adequacy to demanding requirements.

• Supervise and optimize prototype manufacturing processes in the plant by anticipating incidents, ensuring deadlines, and promoting continuous improvement.

• Analyze process and quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, driving data-based decision-making.

• Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).

• Coordinate the calibration of measuring equipment and collaborate in the preparation of tests and specimens, ensuring the reliability of measurement systems.

· Proactive profile, with a practical approach and action orientation in a production environment.

· Technical and methodological rigor in the execution and documentation of work.

· Capacity for adaptation and resilience in dynamic and transforming environments.
