Requirements

What we're looking for

Training related to Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or similar.
Previous experience in Human Resources administration, recruitment, or recruitment consultancy.
Proficiency in office tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Organizational capacity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several processes simultaneously.
Communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to work in a team.

Nice to have

Experience in selection processes for the logistics sector will be valued.

What you'll get

Participation in an RPO project integrated within a client in the logistics sector with a temporary contract for the Black Friday campaign, 3 months.
Part-time employment, 20 hours in the morning shift.
712 Euros Gross Monthly (distributed in 12 payments).

We are looking for an HR Administrator to work in an RPO modality at the facilities of one of our clients in the transport, logistics, and distribution sector.

What you'll do

Manage selection processes for the client's vacancies, from posting offers to onboarding, supporting and performing initial onboarding.
Follow up on hiring needs and maintain fluid communication with the client's teams.
Manage administrative documentation related to selection processes and onboarding, and CAE management.
Support administrative tasks specific to the Human Resources department.
