About the role

An important company dedicated to the management of residential real estate assets is looking for a Sales Closing Administrative Officer

What you'll do

• Transaction Document Management: preparation, verification, and control of all documentation required for the notarization of the sale (simple property notes, IBI, debt certificates, energy certificates, etc.).

• Contract Analysis and Review: Thoroughly review earnest money contracts and deeds, ensuring that all legal and financial terms are correct and aligned with the commercial agreements and the prior Due Diligence.

• Sales Due Diligence Process: legal, registry, and administrative review procedures of the property to identify and resolve any encumbrances or issues that may affect the signing.

• Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML): Execute internal protocols for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism (AML), including the collection and validation of the buyer's identity documentation and source of funds.

• Closing Coordination: Act as the main liaison between the buyer, the notary's office, external management agencies, banks (in the case of a mortgage), and lawyers, coordinating the date and requirements for the signing of the deed.

• High Workload Management: Maintain control and traceability of a high volume of parallel sales files, ensuring that established deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or similar.

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in similar positions in Real Estate Sales Closing, Real Estate Management, Mortgage Back-Office, or Operations Department at a Developer/Servicer.
